How to guaranty the deliveries and secure the goods for 1200 stores in Scandinavia

This major European player in the retail market has had to face issues around the supply process to his stores. This had negative economic impact on results

The night delivery has to be guaranteed as being on-time in order not to impact on store operation

The trucks currently sometimes return loaded because there is no access at the destination 

Lost keys are also a problem 

In less than 3 months, thanks to the simplicity of the deployment process of the Locken solution 1200 targeted sites were fitted 

Instead of the traditional bunch of keys , each driver is issued with a unique programmed Locken key that allows him to deliver to each site within a 2 hour window. 

Instantly, the deliveries became reliable and the number of trucks returning full was eliminated with the added benefit that the productivity rate of the drivers increased.
